We've 'Been Demanding a Resource use Audit for Years

Some provinces refuse to pay oil taxes for 'trickledown.' Lately, provinces and the AFN have vast land and resource grabs in provincial crown greed.  Not bad thieving from 1985 incept.

AFN has already cleansed majority Aboriginals who are further disenfranchised and barred from lands and seas by AFN - provincial grants greed.

So, do the audit now and compensate each Aboriginal directly.  This is a hundred year plan.  Paying of minority AFN colonies was neverthe answer and everyone knows it.

Sanctioning Canada Can't be more right

Not sure why the EU G20 won't sanction Canada for doing Aborignal business with the violent, rascist and corrupt AFN.  Canada also forces, through provincial greed, foreign companies and governments to work with the AFN, while the AFN disenfranchised majority aboriginals exist in poverty, high suicides, dangerous health, etc.

More Confusionism

The AFN is territorial and refuses to acknowledge Indigenous peoples vast range throughout Canada, even barring passages, not resource use, to Indigenous people through AFN claimed lands and waters.  The AFN has eroded Indigenous peoples relationship with the federal government as the AFN negotiates with provincial crowns in mutual greed for money from the federal government that should be going directly to each Aboriginal.  Healthcare, lands, waters, education cash......

Status Card?

No Indigenous Consultation

A Canadian county wide query, rather than excusing the AFN as representative is the answer here, but stalling, with or without the AFN, appears to behoove Canada.  The AFN has over the last few years attempted to disprove that most AFN Aborhinals on, for example, the west coast AFN colonies, are just the result of recent, say, at most, 5,000 years, migrations rather than Indigenous, which have proven ancestors back 15,000 years+.  These recent AFN efforts, in fact, allow a Russian claim that can be presented to the UN and, judging by the UN's AFN bias, will approve the Russian claims based on recent migrations. 

Too late?  Not for the AFN, which can only benefit from the Russian claims, unless the Russians insist on dealing with actual Indigenous peoples, many disenfranchised by the AFN.  Conflict is the request by Canada and their solution,, so we wait, as we have for thousands of years.

These 'Chiefs' do not represent Majority Aboriginals

Especially a 'Regional Chief,' which just serves to acknowledge and enforce Provincial claims to Aboriginals who happen to live or are assigned to Ontario with no rights to be Aboriginal outside the Provinces.  AFN just enforces the inability to travel and joun other Aboriginals outside the assigned Province.  Aboriginals have equal rights to resources regardless of AFN land and Aboriginal claims.  Threatening Aboriginals with violence is typical of recent migrations and enforcement of colonial cultish laws like AFN racial purity.

Not a good example for the youth, but this is AFN consistent behaviour.

Most Aboriginals are disemfranchised by and from the AFN.  There work is done.  Any organization that does not put disenfranchised Aboriginals will fail.  It's a matter of how much gain can be acheived by anvd for the few.  The AFN has become the biggest banner of Aboriginals from their resources - lands and waters.  Colonies followed the same pattern - grants from the crowns.

Aboriginals Barred From Lands and Waters by AFN

This is a common tactic by the AFN and the crowns.  Historically, it is common.  In this case the 'hereditary chief (this actualy doesn't exist amongst Indigenous persons) is a soveriegn, not actually owning the lands and waters grants from the crowns. Maybe a noble?  A title might be '....the priviledged...' currently in vogue with municipalities as modern, although its roots are very questionable and term undesireable as voluntarily usary.

Crowns Lands Grants To AFN Racial Purity Colonies

This also denies land and waters usage to Indigenous persons.  The Crowns know this went they grant titles and treaties to the AFN.

Supreme Court Ruling on AFN Provincial Land Grants

This is a more detailed article than the others.  For the AFN it's a federal presence in AFN and Provincial greed.  The article mentions some 55% of AFN claimed Aboriginals live off reserve.  Maybe we should study why they left and what happened to them. 
Land grants are supposedly judged by use of resources and AFN racial purity.  The original argument was the federal government uses resources and Aboriginals benefit in services  like healthcare.  So, if we follow this argument, Indigenous people have used and benefit from resources from fish to oil.  The AFN intervenes in direct benefits for each Aboriginal through AFN racial purity laws, disenfranchisement campaigns and barring non AFN Aboriginals from resource use - even AFN members that don't have an assignment to a particular AFN reserve.  AFN also subscribes to Provincial borders that make an Aborinal non Aboriginal by going over Provincial borders. 
Indigenous people have always been in Canada and using its resources regardless of European and, now, AFN colonies.  The crowns have always granted titles to the colonies.  What Indigenous people need is a direct cash federal benefit to each Aboriginal, but AFN and Provincial greed, helped along by other political parties, like the NDP, will always insist on their cut first by providing 'services' and 'programs' and intercepting cash.  So, we wait - disenfranchised and barred living in poverty while the latest colonies gorge themselves 'representing' us.

AFN - INM Faction Treatying with and as political parties

We would wonder how Aboriginals who do not use treaty rights to expand the AFN and, along with their ancestors, do not believe in these treatyings with the Crown and treaties as basically irrelevent in Indigenous peoples rights, particularly lands and waters usage claims.  The claims are as simple as breathing.  The AFN, now acting more as a political party special interest as any colony in the past might have sought and received land grants from the Crown, being more modern fitting with provincial crowns politics and powers superceding federal government.

What's very important is to understand is AFN granted land bars usage by Aboriginals, even AFN force claimed Aboriginals.  This is illegal.  This is wrong.  This is the AFN racial purity colonies superceding their race claimes based on AFN crown grants.  It's not good enough to pass AFN racial purity laws. An Indgenous person must also be assigned by AFN to a particular AFN controlled territory.  This is as simple as the AFN disenfranchisement a majority of Aborginals have been under since the inception of the AFN, except it is usually felt twice now by Aboriginals and those others Canadians and provincial governed.

We always knew this.

Entitling colonies by the Crown is how much of Canada was formed. AFN calls this treatying, but there are modern Indigenous people who see the irrelevence of AFN treatying and AFN claims to Aboriginal historic treaties because there ancestors never subscribed to treatying.  In modern times we understand what we are; certainly not people from an AFN racial purity colony attacking for grants from the crowns.  We have always been here, are still here and always used the lands and waters throughout Canada.  British colonies or AFN colonies, both seek to limit this.  This has become obvious to Canadians as they are barred from canadian and provincial usage by the AFN inconcert with the second, costing Aboriginals even more.

Screaming AFN racism makes as much sense as screaming NDP or liberal racism.  AFN racial purity?

Maybe a lesson on treatying and who never subscribed - many Indigenous people because this makes no sense......

No Escape

A neutral third party like a Deloitte firm, needs to audit AFN 'band lists' and find out what happened to AFN 'members.  We would take a close, hard look at the AFN disenfranchised murdered and imprisoned.  Third party special interest 'consultants' will just use - and end goal federal funding. Promises of monies and living in poverty are powerful motivators.  One reason we write is the actions of the AFN-INM faction work.  We believe their actions and work are detrimental to Aboriginals, more of trap than anything else.  We feel the same here.

Nothing about genetics.  This is probably more questionable than the environmental and carbon dating.  Since the genetics aren't being published and morphology is being mentioned a lot, probably more a function of the doubting genetic assessment than pointing to the 'caveman' origins.  There is another theory that North American Indigenous people came up from south america, kind of pan gaeia, like Australia. No citations, but there are monkeys down there and some extinct species, especially birds, may have fallen to prey as the ancient humans ate their way north. Interesting the human artifact was found in Mexico, the lower portion of north america....

Based on education.  This is in the time line.  This seems more like the AFN-INM faction, although it's pointed to history.  Like the AFN treatying with other political parties, NDP Liberal leaders, this comes at a time both party leaders are 'running' for votes we do not cast.  This is par for the course with the AFN party.  AFN shoud control nothing, possibly exceting their reserve 'communities.'  Off reserve schooling should always be a paid alternative, like private schools and four year universities.

Province Moves To Control 'Communites' Funds

This is obvious in Toronto with Ontario Ombudsman running municipal employees and the Wynne campaign.  Like the AFN INM faction giving away education, having got their money and moving onto each's particular special interest, AFN communities policing funds might also be moved to the provinces.  Much treatying and pleasing of AFN claims by Provinces. Social services provided by the provinces to AFN communities might be an indicator as well as provincial AFN health care moving to AFN.  Overall, it looks like premiers pleasing the NDP, which claims government funds and jobs including or disabling AFN funding and jobs.  None of this is really indigenous culture, but an imposition by all those involved, particularly the AFN, which has disenfranches tens of thousands of Aboriginals.

Not an example for children and students.  This reminds of the AFN party treatying with the NDP and Liberal parties.  Why do you think the NDP was so willing to treaty with the AFN? The majority of the billion will be going to NDP party members and government funding the NDP always claims as their own.  Provinces want pay back for all the land and resource treatying with AFN.  In short, the AFN treatied away the majority of the education funds.

AFN is claiming Aboriginal education everywhere, while discounting non AFN claimed territory, like major cities.  The majority of Aboriginals, AFN disenfranchised, haven't even been consulted by AFN, not to mention dreams of participating, maybe by vote.  The AFN can't claim the AFN disenfranchised Aboriginals' education.  Claiming the AFN disenfranchised has become too difficult.  Let's vote.....

Heading?

The AFN has always applied their racial purity laws to those assigned the the AFN reserves.  It is a loss.  Based on mothers, then fathers, then location, then AFN lands ownership, etc.  AFN racial purity laws are also saddening.  Misleading thousands into a perverse concept of life.            One of the important things to know is, although the AFN considers 'diversity' a cornerstone, this may be self serving in that many AFN Aboriginals are not, in fact, indigenous.  Many are just recent immigrants.  Genetic testing defined what an Indigenous North American is the year before AFN was formed.  AFN  Aboriginals don't meet the UN definition of Indigenous peoples, hence the emphasis on 'territoriality traditions.'  It is convenient and cheaper for Canada to pay off tbe AFN and discount majority Aboriginals.      So, we need to explain this to the future.  We need to correct the wrongs.  We need to compensate AFN disenfranchised peoples.                                                                                    CBC News: Lisa Charleyboy has given a lot of careful thought to her dating life, not just in the typical way that you would expect of a millennial. Out of Step

AFN and Provincial greed.  Insisting on control of assessment approval of projects that pay them and ordering environmental actions on those programs that don't pay them enough.  This, coupled with payouts to the AFN, who claim to represent Aboriginals, but has been more successful at disenfranchising majority Aboriginals for more cash for fewr people - the easy and cheap way out for the crown and Aboriginals issues.

The only real change that was needed was direct benefits to Aboriginal pockets.  This is actually more cost effective than paying out to Provinces, AFN and other third parties to 'benefit' Aboriginals.  Before AFN territorial and Provincial greed the federal system was more effective only needing to move to direct benefit.

The only address now is an audit for direct benefit.

Missing Markers

Whats missing is 'Siberian' markers as opposed to 'Asian,' which may be inclusive of each other and missing from 'Aboriginals in North America.  First we have to determine what other markers are missing and, in the case of the 'land bridge' theory, whether or not the Aborinals sampled are Indigenous- from the first migration.  In addition, 'Siberian marker' may not be excluive to a seperate, originating, European migration.  The West Coast assumption is to include Haplo group x or first peoples migration in the 'land bridge' theory while Indigenous people were most probably all over North America before te 'land bridge' migratin and possibly interacting at the oasis from areas like the great lakes, depending on weather and food.

We need to know what the markers, like 'Siberian' and 'Asian,' are and their exclusivity to Indigenous first peoples, first migration.

Indigenous Representation

Groups like the AFN claim to represent Indigenous people, but are their oppressors.  They use their 'governments' and parties to disenfranchise Aboriginals and Indigenous people. They are barred from lands by the AFN as they seize from crown grants.

The AFN is the minority and, often not representative in most ways of Indigenous people.  The UN shouldn't deal with them as history is showing in, for example, AFN racial purity laws.

More Out Breeding

The more references I see the more this appears to be 'pop science.'  This reference seems to propose that 'asian genetics' can be outbred over 10,000 years.  Out of Beringia seems to be out of Asia.  Geographic arguments are dismissed by the disappearing 'asian.'  What we consider China, North of Russia.

It would seem more likely that out of Asia or Beringians met Indigenous 'North Americans' and genetics intermingled creating the more 'European' genetics and masking what we may consider 'Asian' genetics. 

Since we all came out of Africa, usually considered North Africa to Europe, it would be strange that 'Asian' genetics would disappear or not present 10,000 years ago.  If this is the route there would be asian traces in addition to European.  Maybe space aliens landed  gave these immigrations a lift on their space ship to North America after breeding genetics from space aliens?

Something the AFN is used and wants more of especially in education and health.  More money to fewer people with no accountabiity.  Instead its a Quebec example.

The best jobs are in government.  A university education means more.  Training can be more specific.  More people participating in government making Canada fresh and vital in the world.  We've proposed over the last 15 years government service opportunity.  Government jobs should be no more than 3 year contracts that allow re application for more government work after the three years.  For example, one could start with city parks and recreation, move to provincial environment files and, later, to foreign service.  These jobs could go on for twenty years with breaks if wanted and transferred into pensions.  Many more can serve rather than a city counil person, for example, serving for 50 years.  The military is an example of government jobs offered to Aboriginals.

More Canadians serving in good work and pay.  Opportunity.

AFN 'Community' Demands

The report, skewed by age requirements, is, once again, focused on AFN reserves.  Majority Aboriginals have communities all over Ontario like Toronto and Thunder Bay.  Majority Aboriginals seem to have been discounted because of AFN disenfranchisement.  The sampling, 160, is ridiculously small.

AFN Crown Land Grants

'Urban Reserves' aren't for everybody and AFN racial purity and reserve exclusivity apply.  This actually bars Aboriginals from the land, even other AFN Aboriginals.  Parks are for everybody making deals with the AFN more palatable.  AFN, like other first colonies, is following a federation tradition.  National parks.  Urban reserves have become common.

AFN Racial Purity Laws

Indigenous Games?  This seems to be a reference to UN rights definitions more than inclusive and diverse Indigenous people.  In spite of land and other crowns grants to the AFN the games are exclusive, especially to AFN disenfranchised Indigenous people.  The first migration and UN definition should be applied to the games to show what AFN racial purity laws really are; should you participate?

'First Immigants'

Not sure what they mean by Asia.  Genetic theory pretty much has indigenous North Americans origin migration out of Africa, North into was is Russia stopping at China, 'refugium ing' at the Russian steppes and going left to North America.  How is still a mystery, although many scientists find the 'land bridge' migration theory convenient. 

The 'Beringians' sounds more like Atlantis.  If 'Berigingia' had surfaced several times it would make more sense, bit scientists have completely discounted this in time constraints.  It would also make more sense as an oasis for Indigenous North Americans and as a genetic meeting of Indigenous people and subsequent migrations.

The 'Beringia Standstill' theory makes sense for secondary migrations.  This theory may be valid for Estonians, but the North American 'native genetics' are probably not indigenous from the origin migration.  Where they Haplogroup X?  We assume 'Asian genetics' were missing, but we would need to know others were missing too.  mDNA and not mtDNA an indication of the age of the study?

There are other theories for the origin migration of Indigenous North Americans.  South America.  Canoes from Europe, like the UK.  How and when did Indigenous North Americans get from 'Europe,' skipping 'Asia' genetics to North America?  The 'land bridge' people seems only to accept secondary and recent migrations.  It seems to explain North America as, originally, with lower water levels, as larger than once thought based on secondary migrations theories like the lost Beringia (ns).  Maybe a movie........

Tent?

Doesn't makes sense to live on ground in a cold, flat and scrubby environment.  If they had fire they could melt the earth and live below ground.  Large mamal bones provide excellent protien rather than fire fuel.  There may have been other food sources like fish.
The genetics posited reflect a multiple 'land bridge' migration theory as 'asian' genetics bred out over time.  This is just a theory and not the best one.  If we go with out breeding 'asian' genetics we may be discounting the original Indigenous migratiin and its origins other than 'land bridge.'

There Before We Arrived

Natives, Aboriginals.  Indigenous people are the first migration.  Genetically, secondary migrations usually do make contributions.

The land bridge theory only validates that migratins may have occurred.  The idea that indigenous people survived recent 'ice ages' is common and scientists look for validation.  Ths theory tries to excuse the dificulty of genetic and other artifacts around 10,000 years.  It does not explain indigenous genetic artifacts on the Calfornia coast at 15,000 years plus.  Rather than focusing on validating migrations other than indigenous and 'ice age' survival, although very interesting, the research should focus on actual indigenous people.  The great lakes always were home to indigenous people long before secondary migrations, 'ice ages, and 'land bridges.'  More interesting might be the 'ice age oasis' where indigenous people survived siberian and polar vortices cold - the current expressions of the 'ice ages.'  The 'land bridge oasis' could be further investigated as the meeting of indigenous people and migrations meeting, probably more popular from cultural perspectives than boring genetics.  Maybe a movie.....

Secondary migrations are recent and not indigenous and the 'land bridge' theory needs to be expressed from an indigenous perspective rather than post indigenous migrations.

Recent Migrations

Any scientist would be skeptical.  The paper mentiins genome sequenced ties to a migration based on non human artifacts dating and human artifact associated dating with no mention of haplo group, but ties to what mention consider indigenous peoples or 'clovis culture' in what we consider still fairly recent dates.  We pay attentiin at 15,000 + human artifact actual human genome sequencing or 'Genetic Archeology.' 

We recommend an actual scientific study and publication and disposition by actual indigenous persons rather than risky science and hiding of artifacts under mystery and illusion of culture.

Canadian National Resource Audit

We don't think the audit for direct benefits should be based on Premiers, 'lobbying' for extractors or planning to circumvent or cost an audit that hasnt been done.  This reminds of a Province that, a few months ago, reaffirmed its claims and refusal to pay federal taxes on Indigenous resource use.

AFN Claims and Provinces

The AFN has recently chosen land and waters claims depending on Provinces to grant the lands and waters.  This subverted majority Aboriginals and their equal claims, regardless of AFN 'communities' and claims.  Resource use should be federal and a direct benefit to Aboriginals.  Of course, this would cut out the AFN and Provinces large percetage of Aboriginal benefits.  The federal government's response makes sense to majority, AFN disenfranchised Aboriginals, excepting no direct cash benefits to each Aboriginal that the AFN, Provinces and NDP would like to divert.  Eventually there will have to be a federal audit of resource use and compensation to each Aboriginal.  Wait majority Aboriginals out and grab cash and jobs as they go away.......

'Enhanced' AFN Welfare

The original goals were to cut off Aboriginals from welfare, further marginalize and disenfranchise.  'Undesireables' out of AFN communities.  Fortunately, most Aboriginals don't live in AFN communities, but have been forced out into cities.  The enhancement seems to be more of a services hiring program to 'help' Aboriginals off of welfare.  This money should be the direct benefit.  In Ontario, for example, half the direct welfare benefit is diverted from the recipients pockets. It is federal, but the Provinces want there cut of direct welfare benefits.  Cities also rely on the diversion of direct benefits for housing, hosteling and other 'services.'

The payors are also relying on AFN racial purity laws and lands claims, citing geographic communities like on reserve.  Age discrimination has been epidemic by the Canadian governments, spilling over to AFN funding.

As a federal program, Aboriginals should be allowed to apply and be hired anywhere in Canada, without AFN and Provincial restrictions.

This is an old game in non AFN communities.

Sea and Land Rights

All Indigenous people have equal rights to harvesting of sea resources.  The AFN can't bar them.  The Provincial, Federal and AFN games might result in the AFN attempting to bar Indigenous people just as the Provinces assert claims with the Federal government.

The use of resources is the same for all Indigenous people regardless of colonial AFN, Provincial and Federal claims.
