The care provided is being limited by unfit AFN communities and nurses who have no professional medical diagnostic ability. Blaming addictions and, sometimes, resulting psychosis is a common way to limit professional medical care, which should be accessed immediately if the doctor believes this is the case. PTSD can be diagnosed by a psychiatrist. Anything less is not medical care and probably doing the patient harm, including this nurse; tying a broken leg to little nome elf people from the center of the earth using the force, probably the dark side, to break bones...
