AFN Social Assistance, B.C. - Nonreporting? Fraud?

Provinces may receive federal funding for income supports for unemployed or disabled and most Provinces allow Aboriginals to go through this process.  Apparently, in B.C., the AFN does not allow this or the persons seeking assistance are asked to go to the AFN.  Like B.C. Aboriginal healthcare, the AFN apparently had taken over social assistance also and AFN management of any Aboriginal programs, whether they be healthcare, housing income supports and disabilities, has been, at the best, fraudulent and unreported back to stakeholders, like the Crowns.   Aboriginals, wherever they choose to live, are better off with Crown management rather than the AFN middlemen seeking cash, funding and employment from Crown programs created to assist Aboriginals.  The third party should not have any AFN affiliation for very obvious reasons, but the benefits should go directly to Aboriginals pockets, regardless of where they live, cutting out middlemen who, often, take about half  the benefits meant for Aboriginals pockets.


Income supports, whether they be housing or disability and regardless of providers or resource use payments, should reflect the median wage or value of usage and be direct to each Aboriginal pocket.

Cultivation Hunter Gather

Clams used to be all over North America, like Salmon, they were freshwater too.  Cultivating marine clams a thousand years ago isn't uncommon.  Any new colony would try cultivation.  This is claiming a resource that is already used and has been used for tens of thousands of years.  There were already Indigenous persons using these resources and, claimed or not, would continue to use them. 


Hunting is almost the same as utilizing free ranging resources.  This article shows the corralling and containing of free ranging food resources 9,000+ years ago.

AFN Doesn't Represent Majority Aboriginals

AFN has disenfranchised most Aboriginals, but claims representation without band lists accounting and voting.  AFN must allow Aboriginals to participate in resource allocation by provinces and the federal government.  Direct benefits to each and every Aboriginal are the only way to rectify AFN's claims and thefts.  AFN is a third party.  AFN also has a history of not accounting for resource allocation and outright theft of funds meant for Aboriginals from the provinces and federal government.

Majority Aboriginals Get Healthcare in Major Cities - Disenfranchised

It makes no sense to put AFN in charge of healthcare.  It's just another AFN money grab.  Majority Aboriginals, the disenfranchised, live in cities where healthcare and social benefits are available, not needing transportation for medical visits and provincial financial supports.  AFN needs to buy transportation for those who need healthcare, like a community van, that makes daily trips to cities for care, etc.

Arctic Council Ignores Aboriginals

Aboginals have been completely discarded in the meetings, although, recently, the Russians did offer some claims based on the 'land bridge migration' theory.  This was not the correct reference for North American Aboriginals as genetic migrations have proven, since 1985, the inception of the AFN from 'six nations,' that North American Aboriginals origin, the original migration out of Africa, is, in fact, Haplogroup X and not related to the recent 'and bridge' migration.   We've mentioned other theories in our timeline.  Worth researching.  Most theorists, based on genetic migration favor out of the England areas across the pond, although there is another theory up from south America, north....


Genetic migrations don't lie and will not change with the politics of resource use and claims of the day.
