Few Aboriginals Impacted

The report looks at work and income from provincial and AFN claimed territory, while touching on federal original programs that are, now, being fragmented by Canada's common age and, soon, possibly, to also include gender discrimination agendas.  Territorial and provincial based programs are bound to failure as majority Aboriginals have already been disenfranchised by the AFN as undesireables tossed to federal programs and, often, prison systems.  The benefits and monies go to a few, concentrated families many of whom do not meet basic definitions of Indigenous.

We need strong, individual based monies and other benefits programs that bypass AFN territoriality and provincial claims.  Indigenous Canadians lived and travelled throughout Canada.  There were no colonies that did not fail.
