AFN Banded Aboriginals Barred From AFN Lands

This is matter of course. All Abiriginals, even AFN banded Aboriginals, are barred from all AFN land claims and crown grants to the AFN, excepting the reserve assignment. It's also common for AFN banded members to be barred by disenfranchisement from their reserve assignment as in this case, but a lesser degree - filing a land claim would not be allowed by AFN because they aren't building houses there, although the 'members' might sue based on rsource use rights, which all indigenous persons have claim to all land and waters.
