AFN has not consulted majority Aboriginals on any of these trans territorial crown land grants and claims projects. AFN just asserts 'community' land claims and grants, not even quantifying Aboriginals - AFN has disenfranchised. There is also no AFN accountability.
These projects would seem a good approach by the crowns to majority Aboriginals, but they are discounted as they were disenfranchised.
