Majority Aboriginals, Disenfranchised by the AFN, Discount Most Treaties #TreatyOn

The Crowns they made deals with changed who the treaty is with - like housing.  Over the last ten years we've seen the AFN treaty away federal agreements for provincial cash and lands.  Majority Aboriginals usually receive no benefit from treaties and aren't' counted by the AFN as aboriginal or to vote or be counted by the AFN Bands for housing and other benefits.


AFN treatying reprenents a small majority of Aboriginals.  Can we check the band lists from early on?
