This just puts money meant for Aboriginals into the provincial and AFN employees pockets. There is no accounting for the AFN disenfranchised Aboriginals on the band lists all over Canada. Most Aboriginals have been forced out by the AFN and are not allowed to participate in the resource use by the provinces and the AFN. Of course, there will be accountability.......
